01. 3D design analysis

Our first phase involves the analysis of the 3D design of your casting model to be printed. You just need to send us the model in .stl or .step format so we can evaluate it. In case we detect errors, we will get in touch; otherwise, we will proceed with the next phase.

02. 3D printing preparation

Based on your specifications, we will generate the code that will then be sent to the 3D printer. We will adjust parameters such as material, resolution and infill to ensure a successful print.

03. 3D printing of the model

With the code ready, we will start 3D printing your casting model. After the part is printed, we will perform pre-shipment preparation, which includes verification of measurements, removal of supports, cleaning and packaging.
